Plex Web no longer working - Apple TV and PS4 are working

Server Version#: 1.22.1.4275
Player Version#: 4.54.5

Recently been getting the message "app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “servername” securely when connecting to app.plex.tv/desktop.

The server is on the same network as the computer I am browsing from and I can connect using ipaddress:32400/web/index.html.

I’ve had a look through other posts and this could potentially be a certification error? I’m really not too sure though.
