Hi Everyone -
I recently had a raid array crash and needed to be rebuilt. I have restored my plex DB from a previous back up, however I cannot get the library to update now that the restore has been made. Any suggestions? I’ve tried renaming the media folders and then back which is still not forcing an update. Logs are attached.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated as I do not want to go the nuclear route and do a clean library import. Plex Media Server Logs_2021-04-28_09-10-29.zip (644.5 KB)
Even your backup is already damaged.

Load your backup again and perform the repair procedure on it.
After doing so, start the plex server and let it sit for a few minutes.
I tried that, I am now getting Error: near line 1225931: no such collation sequence: icu_root.
Anything I can do, or is it toast?
Apparently you also updated your server version.
Could you downgrade your server to the software version from which this DB backup was made?
If you don’t mind me looking at it, could you zip up the DB,
upload it to e.g. GDrive and send me the download link per PM?
