Plex won't load "Home" or "recommended" pages

Player Version#: Version 4.34.1

For some reason the “home” and “recommended” pages won’t load on my iPhone and Fire TV sticks. Half the time they won’t even load when I access Plex on my browser.
Running a Mac on latest operating system update and Plex is fully updated.
I just started using this computer (brand new Mac mini) and can’t figure out why I can’t get Plex working properly on it. Had it all running fine on my previous computer (a 2012 MacBook Pro).

PLEASE HELP!
