Plex wont open on casa os home server

The server is busy upgrading the database (which is a large upgrade in PMS 1.40.0)

Plex Media Server 1.40.0.7996 is now available to Plex Pass users in the Beta update channel. PLEASE NOTE: This version makes changes to the database which will make it compatible only with server versions 1.31.2 or higher (released March 14 2023).
