I can't understand what u mean "use Chinese title in Plex". In fact, I have some movies with Chinese characters in the file name, which can be finely recognized in Plex.

I have a similar problem. The Chinese in filename is recognized by Finder, but these characters show up as "empty boxes" in Plex.

Can you explain how you get Plex to recognize Chinese characters?

Found it. Go to Preferences > Appearance > Look And Feel > Skin Fonts (set to Unicode)
