Plexamp 4.0: changes in the queue on the 'remote' device are skipped on the player

I just updated to Plexamp 4.0 and I’m very happy that remote control is back again.
However, I run into the following: I use my iPhone to control Plexamp on my desktop (Windows 11). I use the phone to start something on the desktop, let’s say an album. That works fine. While listening to a track I decide I want to queue up another album right after the track that’s playing. I look it up (all this from the phone), hit ‘add next’ and it does indeed appear in the queue, both on the phone and on the destktop.
Then when the new tracks come up, or when I skip to it manually… poof… the whole album simply disappears from the queue and it continues with the next track that was in queue originally.
The same happens when dragging tracks into a different position in the queue.

I assume this is a little kink that still needs to be worked out?

(I tried to see if I could replicate it by using my pc as the remote for my phone, but that doesn’t seem to work at all. I can replicate it from iPad to iPhone and vice versa though).

I’m having a similar issue: all interaction with the queue gets ignored. Play next / add to queue / clear upcoming album, the controlled Plexamp instance does its own thing.
Found any leads @elan?
