Hi,
I’m a iTunes user since 2008. I have a LOT of tracks, a lot of them being rated, and over 120 playlists. I just migrated my audio-video library to Plex and chose the Plex Pass.
However, I can’t find a way to import my iTunes (now Music) library to Plex. The files are on my Synology server. I edited the XML I exported from the Music app to match the new directory, starting whit //localhost/, I checked the iTunes sync in the preferences in Plex Server and restarted the app on DSM as mentioned. Nothing works : no ratings, no playlist, no listened count.
This article in support isn’t helpful about iTunes sync. And I just want to import all my settings, not sync. A one time sync would be great, without giving my Apple ID to 3rd party apps I don’t really trust.
