I’ve seen discussion that cast support is coming, but haven’t seen anything on android auto. Is this planned? Is there some sort of roadmap for the app we could view? Thanks!

Uhhhh, it should work independently of Android Auto as far as I know, so perhaps something else going on? What are you playing? What are you expecting?

I can not figure out how to make plexamp the default player for AA. I have went into the assistant and looked at the music apps that can be used as default, and plexamp does not show up here. So I can’t figure out how you can just say "Play (Song) by (Artist) or ask to shuffle music by “artist” without having to “ask plexamp to…”
