+1 if you need help testing. Currently running Ubuntu at work behind a CheckPoint proxy.

I would love this too. play my music at work will not be possible without proxy support, at least I assume that is the root cause of the “no servers found” message. Beta testing offer also made: I’m running a Mac client behind a Bluecoat proxy.

Hi @elan is there still no news on this? It has been 18 months now?

I did find that installing the Plex windows client allowed me to use Plexamp, but also, and more importantly, we got rid of our our proxy server. Lol
