Plexamp - Blured artwork on Windows client when user folder contains special caracter

I am setting up a new Windows 11 PC and my user name folder (C:\Users) contains special characters (ž). Because of this, all my artwork in Plexamp is blured.

Any suggestions on how to fix this without creating a new Windows user/profile?

I’m seeing the exact same issue. Spent forever trying to debug this and looks like the í in my name is what’s breaking it.
