Plexamp can't get loudness for audio?

I have plexamp running like a champ on my iMac and won’t do anything on my MacMini. My MacMini will play from the web player without issue. From plexamp, It looks like it’s about to play something, then gets hung up. I checked the log file:

Dec 21, 2017 22:14:03.489 INFO - Error loading: https://10.0.6.110:32400/library/streams/1541/loudness?subsample=100: Request failed with status code 404

It will do this for any audio file I select. Any assistance on this would be great.

I’m checking a couple forums (PLEX, Medium, Indigo). I’ll post in all if I get a solution from anyone.

That generally means that the loudness analysis didn’t happen or complete. It should be kicked off when you add music during a scan, or at night (via the scheduled tasks).

We’re also tracking some crashes in this area of the code, which is hard for us to resolve without a file which reproduces, so if you can track it down to a crash, please do lend a hand

I can’t find a file this doesn’t occur with. If I refresh my library will that cause this analysis to run?

Only if you add or remove music, otherwise it figures nothing changed. Overnight the scheduled task runs, and otherwise you can add something and refresh library (gives you an excuse to add new music).

Check the Plex Media Scanner Deep Analysis log files for details…
