The limit is 24 hours of playtime for every downloaded item.
As in per-playlist?
Yes. Or any other type of item you can download.
why? Respectfully, it feels like a frustratingly arbitrary limit, especially since there’s seemingly no indication of this limitation in-app.
I’m trying to use the Plexamp App because the Plex App cannot play music without an internet connection, but everything is done to make having all my music library on my device very complicated if not impossible. Kindly Remove the 24 hour per library limit on Plexamp. Why make us create 30 playlists per artist or genre just to avoid reaching 24 hour of music per library? We rely on Plex and my own files precisely to avoid the effects of using a streaming service.
Or at least allow bulk download from Plex in my browser so I can download all my music and manually load it to my iPhone. Why make it so difficult?? I can’t download 5,000 songs one by one.
Okay, but why??
I’m also confused. Why impose this arbitrary limit? I just want to download my entire library.
And it doesn’t apply in the Plex app but it does in the PlexAmp app… (hope that doesn’t attract attention to the Plex app and they apply the 24 hour limit there too…)
