Would be great if there was a dynamic EQ that was based on type of instrument. So the ability to increase or decrease the volume of things such as drums/guitar/vocals.
I guess the easiest way would be to use a stem splitter approach such as Neutone.ai FX (demucs separation module).
Noting that we would need a fairly modern iPhone/iPad/Mac (not sure of the requirements for Android/Windows as havent used those platforms for years). My Macbook Air M1 and iPhone 15 Pro are able to do this in other apps in near-realtime as an example of two devices that would have the power to do this).
I’ve attached a screenshot of Izotope RX rebalance. Not saying this approach is best but the UI looks like a good start to me.
