PlexAmp Feature Request: Disable Explicit Lyrics

I use Plexamp to play music in my car. I’ll be driving some children of other people around and I’d like to ensure that nothing with explicit lyrics comes up. It would be nice if there was a toggle in preferences to disable those songs while enabled.

Would like to request this as well. I’m not sure what media analyzing capabilities plex has but if credits can be identified, maybe music could be analyzed for explicit words and automatically muted.

There’s already an existing suggestion discussing an option to automatically tag explicit songs (or manually flag songs) — with an option to filter those. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
Unless there’s something unique in this suggestion, I’ll close it as a duplicate.

Marking songs as explicit as a Plex Pass feature

You get lyrics with Plex Pass right? A symbol or a red bar that says “explicit” next to songs with explicit lyrics as an opt-in option when creating a music library would be amazing, and I think fairly simple? Even have the user input which words are explicit, because in my experience it is only one or two words I would like to keep out of my Plex Mixes, that could turn into playlists. I usually see this suggested in the context of keeping users out of that content, but that isn’t my intention…
