Plexamp Feature Request: equalizer db level and frequency settings

I’d like to request the ability to set the exact db levels and frequency to adjust in the Plexamp equalizer. Also the ability to use a parametric equalizer instead of graphic equalizer.

Currently in Plexamp the graphic equalizer has no DB scale and no way to enter a value for DB level. so it’s hard to set a specific level.

Also a parametric equalizer gives more control of the shape and range of frequencies to adjust. So adding a parametric equalizer would give users who have calculated equalization values, more control over the sound profile.

Also instead of the preset frequency values I’d like to be able to enter my own values so I can adjust the exact frequency I would like.

Moode Audio for Raspberry Pi is a good example of the functionality I’d like to see for both a graphic equalizer option and a Parametric equalizer option.

Thanks for such a beautiful, feature rich, and functional music player for us audio enthusiasts!!

The equalizer will get a big update very soon: https://twitter.com/plexamp/status/1433344486160011267

I now see the update to the EQ and it is much better. More frequency bands, ability to set a preamp gain level, and you can see the dB level for each EQ band. Nice improvement!

Possible to save multiple EQ settings? Like many, I have a wide musical taste so EQ settings for metal don’t exactly translate to Jazz or Vocal - would be great to have options to store settings for quick switching

If available, I am not seeing the option on IoS :frowning:
