Please port Plexamp into AppleTV. I have been so amazed at Plexamp as a service on my iOS device, MacOS device, and Windows devices, however, my entire stereo setup at home is based around the AppleTV.
I did play around a bit with a headless setup on a different HDMI port, but this removes a lot of the functionality using the remote of the Apple TV which has become second nature.
Using the Plex app is very limited in features, and airplay is a poor solution as now you’re phone is not usable without disrupting music.

Specifically I’m missing the DJ’s, the ability to rate songs as they play, the mixes for me. Basically all the swim lanes within plexamp.

I’d like an overhaul on the now playing screen to act more like Apple Music or Spotify. Being able to rate songs on the star rating swipe up and down to get controls for repeat and shuffle. I’d like to be able to go to album quickly or go to artist from the now playing screen, utilizing my tidal integrations.
In a perfect world, I’d be able to control plexamp via my phone like the remote functionality of Spotify, but that’s probably a bigger ask.
Not having DJ Doppelgänger is a major bummer, I use that constantly.
I often listen to music from my Plex library via AppleTV hooked up to a stereo receiver. I have this set up in my living room, basement rec room and workshop. I spent the last year replacing all my Sonos speakers because of their god awful support but I digress. Using the AppleTV Plex app to listen to music works but is quite combersome. Would really love to use a dedicated app like PlexAmp. I know others have asked over the years. Before I jump ship again and find a better solution, I would like to know, what is the official response on this feature request? Plex Lifetime member since 2014
