According to the 4.4.0 release notes the headless builds were supposed to start being live on the plexamp site, but the dedicated plexamp site is dead in favor of the main site.
I know the builds are still being made because I just blindly attempted to build the link and it worked 
, but would like to be able to use a link somewhere to grab the link.
This would make it easier to automate building docker images and such if these were still made readily available.

Ignore the mentions of Raspberry Pi; both the arm and x86-64 builds are provided in the same download (all for Linux).
