Plexamp: How do I get Stations to show up for Plex Friends?

I use the stations a lot to explore my music library. I would like friends with whom I have shared my music library to be able to use all the cool features of Mood, Style and Genre radio stations in Plexamp

But try as I might, when my friends are logged in to their account and they go to Appearance → Home Screen, stations are not available to show on the home screen. This issue seems to be the same for IOS and Android, although I don’t have an IOS device to check all of the things I have tried.
Stations are visible just fine when I login with my (library owner) account.

  • I have Tidal, but I have removed all albums and tracks where source is tidal from my library and restarted the server.

  • I have tried adding the friend to my home, but this does not seem to fix the issue.

  • I have unchecked “Include Related Content from shared libraries” and “Include Related External Content” in the Manage Library → Edit Library → advanced

  • I have checked “Stations” for everyone under manage recommendations for the library

I’m all out of ideas. What is the correct thing that I have not tried as yet?

Edit: My friends have Plex Pass, but they do not have Tidal accounts.

Hmm. Maybe the answer was "Remove all Tidal Tracks from the library and then wait a while because now stations are showing up for my friends. I will gradually turn on the other things I turned off and see how it goes.

That is correct, removing your TIDAL tracks will cause the stations to show up. Consider saving tracks to My TIDAL instead for bookmarking, or save them to a playlist on your server or TIDAL.
