PlexAmp Stations

Another member of the household has just upgraded to a Plex Pass to take advantage of the Stations functionality on PlexAmp. We have confirmed that Plex Pass is reflected next to his logged in account name on both the Plex and the PlexAmp iOS app.

It has been about half an hour and he is still not able to see the stations on the PlexAmp app home page on either iOS or the Windows client.

Is this something that takes a while to render once the Plex Pass has been enabled on an account?

Thanks for any info and may have.

stations are disabled for shared users if the owner has saved tidal content to their library (which might sound weird, but it made sense at the time as it complicates access).

So, if Tidal has been removed from the owner’s profile, does that restore full access to shared users for Stations? Or does having used Tidal flip a switch that cannot be ‘undone’, so to speak?

There is a custom filter, Album Source / Track Source, which lets you find all Tidal tracks in your music library. You can use it quickly find those tracks and remove them at once.
Keep in mind that this still won’t enable Discovery Radio, because that only works with the Tidal account of the server owner.

Awesome. I’ll get rid of those and give this a shot.
