I installed node 12 and PlexAmp-Linux-headless-v4.4.0 and that is working mostly well. The only issue that I have had so far is that vorbis files do not play. They load and the progress bar moves as if they were playing, but no sound.
Is this a known issue and are there any solutions?
Hello, I can reproduce this issue on rPi 4B with PMS-1.29.1.6260-420892357 QNAP x64.
Vorbis is supported. So using using Plexamp-4.4.0 on my iPad:
- Ogg files play normally on my iPad.
- Ogg files play normally when cast to HTPC.
- Ogg files play in silence cast to Plexamp Headless 4.4.0.
In Plexamp.log I demonstrate playing one ogg track called Stugglin’ for 30sec somewhere near:
Oct 03, 2022 05:41:22.157 [0x6edf3000] DEBUG - Audio Session: Processing metadata change (playing: 1 — Black Roots / Strugglin')
The file type vorbis I don’t use normally, but I created the track with
ffmpeg -i "Strugglin'.flac" -vn -c:a libvorbis -aq 50 "Strugglin'.ogg"
04 - Strugglin’.ogg.zip (9.5 MB)
Plexamp.log.zip (31.2 KB)
