I just now finally upgraded from Plexamp 1.1.0 to 3.1.1 (if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it) and I’m missing the icon in the menu bar beside the clock. I can’t find anywhere in the settings to bring that back. Am I overlooking it or did I find a bug?
I use the menubar icon heavily, so if it was removed on purpose, this is a request to bring it back.

Sorry for the late reply. I use it to:
- change the visualizer depending on the type of music I’m listening to
- the Stop function VERY regularly if someone walks up to my desk. Like it better than pause because I’d always start the song over again once they left.
- change the size of the player depending on my workflow at the time
- change always on top option depending on my workflow at the time
- Changing the source from Tidal to my server was also a really great feature to keep them separated.
- I had big hopes for changing the player, but never could get it to work.
