So, since the last update of PLEXamp, I’ve been really enjoying it. I find myself using it as a player at least 50% of the time when listening to my library. Major kudos to the PLEXamp / Lab team! I am also enjoying the implementation of the radio station in Alexa on my Amazon Echo. Now, if the team could bring that over to the web app as well as iOS and Adroid apps …
Some feedback :
-
Is it possible to perhaps tweak the percentage of artists songs with a radio station that are heard when its created? For example, if I choose a radio station based on Bryan Adams, would it be possible to hear every 4th or 5th song by Bryan Adams. This might be some tricky code to create, as that would depend on how many tracks I had of Bryan Adams in my ,library, but would be pretty nice.

An across the board “play next” menu item. Example, when Im palying an artist radio and want to switch to another artist radio, or play an album perhaps have a “play next” option so I wouldnt have to stop one to play the other. Im unsure if rthe PLEXamp has a “cue” in it so to speak like much the web or mobile apps do.

If you do not listen to other streaming services you cannot (in my opinion) fully appreciate what an awesome thing the PLEXamp is. The way it treats your selections and plays music from your library is really something to behold, and your exsperience is enhanced like you wouldnt believe.
I do enjoy the artist radio as well as the other types of raios you can create. But what about a radio station based on a particular song. Much like the Plex Mix does? This would bring even more versitility to the way we listen to our librarys.
