Ive noticed you have never been able pick a user in plexamp and concequently it will only play music from the shares and playlists off the admin.
I want to access my users playlist.
Looks like you cant use plex tools to copy playlist from users to admin either…
Any thoughts?
You should be able to select your user when signing into the server.
I currently only have PlexAmp 3.0 in front of me where I can sign-out (under settings) and sign-in as a different user (didn’t have a chance to test this with managed users – but I’m also not sure this is what you’re looking for).
You can also head to Settings -> Account -> Switch User. Then you can select a managed user.
I have to apologise I’ve been on 1.1 all this time. no update have come through. I have also discovered an iOS app. I have now added windows to my rock. Thanks for the info
