Plexamp won't count higher than track 33 in playlist

I’ve noticed a strange bug in Plexamp when playing playlists longer than 34 tracks. I usually am using Plexamp on my iPhone in the car via Bluetooth, and the car display will give all the usual information:

Track title
Artist
Album name
Track _ of _

It displays the total number of tracks in the playlist correctly, but the track number will only climb to 33, then stay there for all other tracks. It plays all the tracks properly, but the counter never increases. This happens on both my car’s system (Toyota) and my company vehicle (Ford).

Anyone else notice this?

Great bug (in that I’m glad we’re focusing on details), fixed in the next release.

I’m trying to think of a datatype that can only store values up to 33 …
