Plexamp Won't PUll in Tidal

On one install of Plexamp on Galaxy 7, I can show my Tidal Artists/Albums. It connects and works great.

On another install of Plexamp on a different Galaxy 7 with the same user login, I get “Whoops. We had an issue getting data from Music and we’re pretty bummed about it. Retry.”

I’ve tried restarting the app and restarting the phone, no luck.

Reinstalling app worked.
