I’ve updated and restarted my Plex Server, uninstalled/reinstalled the Plexamp app on my phone and laptop. I can’t get Tidal working at all in Plexamp.
I am able to play Tidal music from the Plex web interface or Plex apps. Nothing from Plexamp.
you could try posting Plexamp logs but it’s likely there’s some issue with the tidal account linkage. You could attempt relinking.
I signed up for Tidal from within Plex. How would I relink it?
I’ve messed with this some more and Plexamp is able to play music from Tidal as long as I’ve chosen my local server as the music source and search for something, choose the Tidal music. If I choose Music On TIDAL as the source, I get the above error.
The logs have some personal info in them so I’ll need to clean them up before sharing, but I see this error when trying Music On TIDAL:

same, have not been able to play anything from tidal in 2 days
i pay for tidal through plex so not sure i can relink?
i tried at the very least logging out of plex/plexamp on my phone but still no tidal tracks will play. all of them take about 3-5 seconds with the spinner and then say “couldn’t start playback”.

if it’s helpful at all i was trying to play a princess superstar track from tidal last before exporting these logs, but i can’t find obvious evidence in them of that to point to
can also say this stated happening exactly two days ago when i was playing a few supertramp tracks from tidal and it cut and never came back
I have the same issue with three home full accounts all using linked tidal accounts, not pay through Plex.
I can go to the library view and see my tidal content, but home is broken. I can play tidal content in tidal music library or local library fine, but home view is unavailable.

ok, just as suddenly, this has started working again this morning without me changing a thing.
Yeah, this appears to be isolated to the home page. I can search for music, play music. Those logs look like mine. It’s very frustrating as I’m just starting to use Tidal in Plexamp and was really enjoying it.
Count me up for this issue too, it works all good except the home for Tidal, account is linked, I tried to re-authorize it but still the same behavior (and looking at all these reports starting issues around the same date I’d say this is something on either Plex or Tidal side, not user)

I tried using Plex app and its having issues loading the New playlist section, whether is in the Home view or clicking the header. Here is the part of the log

Also in the web app it looks with black boxes, could it be that not able to load this hub, is bringing the whole Tidal home in plexamp?
And clicking in the header in the web app shows this:
Could this be related to Tidal API changes on the Tidal Side?
Early indications are that the TIDAL API is returning invalid JSON in some cases, but we’re still investigating.

A cloud fix is rolling out, and we’ve. made additional changes in the next release of Plexamp to make home screen loads more reliable.
