Sure feels like it! Haven’t noticed any new updates in a while. Would love to know what the outlook is for Plex Arcade in 2022.

I’m also curious about this. If nothing else is coming around the pike, a simple we have no updates planned would be more than sufficient. Monthly subscribers should know what direction the service is or isn’t going to better determine if a subscription is worth keeping. Please don’t go silent on us,

No kidding. You can’t even find it as a feature on the website anymore. You have to go to the blog announcement.

The big 2021 Year in Review blog post went up, and the highlight for January (the month Arcade launched) was… custom app icons: 2021 Year in Review | Plex

So there’s our answer, I guess.

Had a lot of potential. It’s a bummer it’s been abandoned which is why I stopped paying for it. Issues weren’t being resolved and I kept waiting.

@elan are updates coming?

At the moment it’s not under active development, sorry. Too many things on the list, too few hands.

Thanks so much for the update.

I guess this is the end, I just got the official email statement about the shutdown. Free to use up until Mar 31. It’s a shame, I quite liked it even though it had a lot of work to go

Release the code for the iOS and tvOS Parsec client. It’s the least you can do after collecting our money for a year.

I just started playing with it. Had it working (sort of) then up graded my gpu to handle h265 transcoding and it stopped. Almost forked out the cash for a dummy plug for it. (My plex server is a VM so effectively headless). Guess it’s good I only paid for 2 months.
