Your problem is different. You are using PlexConnect installed in a ATV3 and the latest python for that platform is 2.7.6, which cannot connect to plex.tv since Oct 1st, 2020. So you have 2 options:
- Parametrize PlexConnect to only use your local server (without plex.tv login)
- Install PlexConnect in another machine where you can install python 2.7.14 or later (2.7.18 recommended)
