I had asked this question on the Tautuilli thread but the developer said it was a client reporting issue.
On the Tautulli home page I see the following:
Note that the product is blank. This then shows up in the platform graph as a blank entry. Dev said the Plexconnect client is not supplying this information. Is there anyway that this could be supplied so Plexconnect has full compatibility with Tautulli? I do recall seeing the platform in Plexpy so I am not sure if it is in fact a Plexconnect issues or perhaps a compatibility issue between Plexconnect and Tautulli.
