Is there a known issue with PlexConnect and PMS for PlexPass, 1.2.3.2914-1ff0f18, running on RN2xx?

I’m having trouble with my set up - I can see the PMS, it show media placeholders, no thumbnail images and will not play media. Everything was working fine for me, with regular PMS on Arm6.x RN2xx, before I updated my NAS to 6.6.0. That broke my Plex so I purchased a PlexPass to get the app. but now my ATV3 will not play media.

I can use my iPhone to view all of my movies just as always but my ATV3 is not working.

Do I need to remove, uninstall all of the PlexConnect files and start over?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

No Joy. I change ATV3 Profile to IP Address/trailers.cer, change the Setting.cfg to ip addresses I’ve even downgraded PMS to 1.0.3.2461.

I can see the PMS, the libraries and even the media thumbnails but no media preview and no media plays.

I’m stumped

Did you try that?

Yes, I’ve tried that as well

Update:

I think I have it fixed. I uninstalled all associated PlexConnect programs & files then reinstalled everything.
