No Library or MyPlex but Channels OK

Sorry in advance for the long Log File. ... I left it running in hopes it would just spring to life.

Been running PlexConnect successfully since May 2013 so it has been configured and running just fine for months.

Last night Windows updated (see latest updates on my system: http://s24.postimg.org/pvx7fqeut/Screenshot_1.png

Today I updated PlexConnect and it shows "Accessing trailers" in Library and MyPlex, Channels is fine. Responses below should help. I have tried my previous version and the newest just to see.

  • Detail on the media file if it is an issue related to playing a media file: None. Accessing Trailers on Library and MyPlex. Channels works perfectly.

  • detailed description of the issue (the clearer you can make this the better): Woke up to a rebooted PC running Windows 8. No problem, happens. Fired up PlexConnect and nothing from Library or MyPlex. Channels worked fine. Updated to latest commit and same thing. v0.2 same thing. Plex works fine from iPad/iPhone to aTV using AirPlay.

  • Ensure you post your 'PlexConnect.log' file to pastebin and post the link ('PlexConnect.log' is located in your PlexConnect folder). If possible, follow these steps to create a "more detailed fresh" one: http://pastebin.com/TGbB54jk

Problem fixed with the Nov 16, 2013 11:30 am commit.

Thanks!!!

I am glad your issue was solved so quickly. Even without knowing about it... :-D

How did you solve it exactly?

Everything was working (last git pull from ~ 8 days ago), then I did a pull this morning and encountered the same error afterwards ("accessing trailers", the channels were there though).

I pulled again a few minutes ago and PlexAPI.py was refreshed, but all the same

Honestly, I haven't looked into this issue in detail, as it was solved before I saw it. :-D

Could you please post logs - they are needed to figure out whats wrong. It probably is best to start a new thread with your issues.

nevermind. The latest version is not working for me as I still have the same error / behavior as described by SactoWillyZ.

As I don't have much time atm, I did a git reset to ffe1a30a68bd5c7ff92ad0c5d92c989017c8b441 and it is working again

I'll look into it later

Hi everyone, a newbie here :) Is everyone talking about the MyPlex Queue (where you can add videos on a computer and watch on Plex)? I just setup aTV3 with PlexConnect and it's awesome! Everything works except for MyPlex. I get "No Plex Library Sections Available". I tried master and f47a77e0318689bb23262326f4221f0d25fd1db3 sha. Should I rollback to some earlier known sha or is it not working for everyone?

Thanks, guys!

We are NOT talking about MyPlex Queue. It's all about MyPlex server sharing.

The Queue is NOT implemented... we are planning in offering queue access via PMS plugin.
