How do I appear to be lazy? I have gone thru the instructions and followed them. I have looked at the log, and there is nothing there. What am I missing?
As I said post the log, what might look like nothing to you might look like something to someone else. Have a read of the “how to report an issue” section of the pinned “Read before posting” thread and post all the information in the template as shown. That will help us help you.

Detailed description of the issue:
I had a previous version of PC running. Don’t recall the version, but the Synology was on version 4.3. Somehow an update got pushed to my AppleTV (no updates had ever gotten thru before, not sure what happened here) and I could no longer get Plex to work thru the Trailers app.
Now I am on the latest version of DSM, PMS and PC. Buuut, PC will not start. It has not started since I upgraded everything.
