Has anyone put together a more through “non-programmer” installation for this? Id love to use it but it all look like Greek to me. Any suggestions for a Windows installation?

I downloaded and unzipped the folder contents.
2.Copy the contents of scripts to where you want the script to run from
I assume this means create a folder and name it whatever you want, then copy the files from the script folder into it? -
Copy the contents of web to your web folder
Where is the web folder? Do I create one? If so, where? -
Update the config.conf file inside the scripts folder
Update it how? Is there a new file that I need to download to replace it?
Assuming Zeus looks down upon me and I get it working, how do I access it to send the emails? How do I send a test email? How do I add/delete people. Is there a visual interface that I use?
(Sorry. again, I’m not a programmer. I need instructions that my grandma could use.)
