Plexmediaserver 1.18.5.2260 fails when run as LDAP user

Hi,

My plex user and group (plex:plex) comes from an LDAP directory. Everything works fine on 1.18.4.2171, but upgrading to 1.18.5.2260 results in the following error:

I forced an install of 1.18.4.2171 and everything is working fine again. This is on Ubuntu 18.04.

Thanks for reporting. We’ve already got it and I’ve already fixed it. The changes have been sent to Engineering to approve and update PlexPass beta. I had failed to use getent in one part of the pre-installation validation.
