PlexMediaServer-1.28.1.6041-738907df3 update crashing on Synology DS218+ when starting

I’ve just updated to 1.28.1.6041-738907df3 on my Synology DS218+ (DSM7 - DSM 7.1-42661 Update 3). When starting PMS, the server crashes before any connections etc. Any suggestions, as previous installed version of PMS was working fine (also on DSM7).

Attach a set of server logs.

With Plex stopped, using File Station, go to PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server.

Right click on the Logs directory. Choose “compress to logs.zip.”

Attach the zip file to this thread. Drag it into the message window. It will attach at the cursor location.

database disk image is malformed from your logs:

If the repair does not work, you can try restoring from a backup.

FAQ 31 - DSM 7 - Database Repair using a Backup copy

Depending on when the corruption occurred, the backups might also be corrupt. You should check them using the procedure outlined in the Repair document.
