Is there a way to reorder the items that show up for a device without having to delete/re-add them?
Status - Conversion.
If you mouseover the line of an item in the queue, there is a little arrow which allows you to move it up in the queue.
@OttoKerner thx, I do see that in the Conversion queue. I was hoping there was also a way to reorder in the Sync list.

Unfortunately not.
I can only recommend not to sync too much items at once.
