Hi everyone, newbie user here and close to remux nirvana but struggling with PM4K. My Plex account is connected and I can see text and placeholders for my films, but the thumbnails and cast images do not load. When I attempt to playback a file, I get an error stating “One or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message.” I downloaded the log file but it’s massive and Greek to me; should I upload it here? I’m on a Ugoos Am6b+. Playing files directly in CoreELEC works beautifully, so I’m a bit stumped on this. Any help would be massively appreciated.
