I’ve just tested, but as I said, I guess it’s a bit more complicated than replacing the PPI xml ![]()
Now the info pannel is quite messy, but at least the osd behaves normally (fades on pause).
Pushed skin.plextuary: 4.0.0-pm4k1.3cpm2a
You still need 0.8.0-beta3.5b: PM4K / PlexMod for Kodi (18, 19, 20, 21+) - #3108 by panni
Should have all necessary changes. At least I’ve merged in those:
Edit: If you don’t see it right away, long-press OK/context menu on the Don’t Panic repository and check for updates.
Edit 2: If anyone’s not using Don’t Panic, here’s the zip:
skin.plextuarycpm-4.0.0-pm4k1.3cpm2a.zip (5.2 MB)
Edit 3: cpm2a: Forgot the updated hu-hu language file
Now it’s working perfectly! Based on this build, I hope I will be able to update it on my own if interesting additions will come up.
Thanks a bunch and sorry for the bother! You really are a champion!
Ha! Awesome! I love blind “development” ![]()
Nah, please tell me of major additions/changes, so I can just update the skin.
Luckily, they didn’t modify any files Plextuary modifies in Estuary, so it was as simple as: Looking at the commits I’ve screenshotted and replacing the affected files.
Edit: Fancified https://pm4k.eu/ a bit (although most will never see this, as it’s the Kodi repository index :D)
This makes me jealous. I hope some of the CPM/CE features get backported to native Kodi some day. Especially the CPM ones.
Plextuary CPM works fine for me on latest beta and CPM build… (be nice if the colour matched the plex colors with orange, haha)
Other note: Remove from Continue watching also working great and mark as played / unplayed.
Is it possible to display mark as x regardless of media status surprising how often I get something on continue watching that I want to mark as unplayed because I watched maybe 2-3min off but it only gives you the option to mark as played
Of course ![]()
In quick-fix mode at the moment, before tackling the big 0.8.0 features. Expect a beta soon.
No. That’s actually impossible without interfering with the color changes in the CPM Estuary build. Plextuary is meant to work for PM4K, but be non-intrusive otherwise within Kodi, as you might be using other addons. Changing the colors would violate that.
I’ve got another one sorry if this is really pedantic, but I miss the skip intro button been on the screen so much so then I have to bring up the OSD which is fine but then click up and on to the button, anyway if the skip intro button is active bringing up the OSD defaults to skip intro (I know I could have skip intro automatically on but sometimes I do like watching the intro of specific shows) or at least an option for this to be the case
Option to go to Series or Season would be awesome too ![]()
Thats fine haha I don’t look at often enough to be bothered anyways
I don’t really understand the issue.
Never mind… I just realised you can set the timeout for Skip Intro and Outro so it stays on the screen for longer… always forget there is settings for the addon itself…
Option from Hub / Continue watching to “Go to series” and “Go to Season” would be a really nice touch If possible and easy.
Ah, that was the issue. Got it ![]()
Yes. The new wiki will have a dedicated section for AddonSettings. The intention of PM4K is that most things work out of the box, but I need to tell people how to access the AddonSettings, to customize stuff.
Oh, that’s a great idea.
I deleted all skins from my system except for Estuary.
Plextuary install was successful. Plextuary CPM returned an error of “installation failed”
Huh. Any logs?
I got this and a check for updates or the reboot of Kodi I did fixed it and it installed fine
0.8.0-beta3.6: script.plexmod.zip (2.8 MB)
Creature comforts #2
Changes:
- Episodes: Fix current season label being cut off with long TV show names
- Player/SeekDialog: Fix marker auto skip applying blindly when multiple credits markers exist and one auto skip has been canceled already
- Home: Show Mark Unplayed for in progress items, seasons and shows as well
- Home: Add context menu option “To Show” and “To Season” for episodes and seasons
Try clearing the cache folders as well, then restarting Kodi. I’ve seen this before, not sure what causes this.
A log might shed some insight, though.
Edit: Also, refresh the Don’t Panic repository and restart Kodi. You might’ve seen the first cpm version I’ve pushed, which has been removed by now.
thank you for everything doing for us, but I’m confused about how can get the same info screen https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/optimized/4X/d/7/1/d7126d6366ebaa70c7c3cabba53e7800484ea653_2_1034x774.jpeg
only this when I use keyboard O
I use skin plextuarycpm and the latest beta PM4K.
If you’re using a cpm build, you’re probably not triggering the built-in PPI. You need to bind a button to trigger PlayerProcessInfo
yes I’m using a cpm’s build, but could you please guide me how to triggering playerproesssinfo? do you mean from PM4K addon? I searched in PM4K settings I couldn’t find the PlayerProcessInfo.
I can’t as I don’t have a device that you’re using. Wait for other users to answer this, please ![]()
OMG, I see thank you for that.
0.8.0-beta3.6a: script.plexmod.zip (2.8 MB)
Creature comforts #2a
Changes:
- Player/SeekDialog: Show Kodi’s PlayerProcessInfo when CONTEXT_MENU is pressed while stream info is open
You now can open the PM4K stream info in the player (go to settings while in the player, choose stream info) and then use CONTEXT_MENU (usually long press ENTER or “C” for context menu on a keyboard) to swap to the native Kodi PlayerProcessInfo.
E.g.:
and
^ This will be what your current skin shows in PlayerProcessInfo, don’t worry, that it doesn’t look like what you’re expecting in this screenshot.
Edit: Or bind a button via keymap editor to Action(PlayerProcessInfo)
Edit 2: Whoops, reuploaded zip
