I have files which has only DV format, without HDR10 meta.
In doing so it will not play those files.

I mean, it is common in the market that Samsung Brand TV = HDR10+ / HDR10 & Sony Brand TV = DV / HDR10
Major OTT Player like Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Hulu, Apple have the same problem to support both the contents.

Hmm. Kodi should let you disable hybrid DV not just DV in general. Iā€™d wager this setting will eventually make it into the player video settings of omega final.

Not sure if Iā€™d want to implement this right now because of that.

Sidenote: my LG OLED from 2018 handles all DV formats perfectly, but doesnā€™t support HDR10+ sadly.

I want to know regarding connection for plex server with PM4K, i am facing a issue from past few days.
The IP Address of Plex for plex.tv are blacklisted in Abuseipdb

So my existing setup of PM4K which is already configured connects to my plex server after some tries, but when I configure fresh setup i.e. New Kodi installation and PM4K, it does not connect to plex server.
Is there a way, in which a fresh installation of PM4K connects to my offline plex server, which is fire-walled and only accessible to LAN?

Successfully tested and found to be good.
Thank you, the addon is really fast.

I can say for myself that it is worth a release.

Edit:
IMDb rating is now showing.
And the DV stream metadata info works fine too.

Looks good. Tested seeking with the deactivated ā€œauto confirmā€ when seeking - that option I always use. (in the kodi addon settings of PM4K),
Standard / default where it is activated works also flawlessly.
Checked seeking via Buttons (ui and on remote), selection on Timeline (set marker and confirm) and Chapter selection.

Ratings are also working on movies, concerts and series / episodes (using non legacy scrapper on server side and IMDB / TMDB as rating source)

Sorry to be negative but Iā€™ve noticed audio sync issues which are cured by stopping and restarting the film. Too soon to be definitive cause Iā€™m watching something with my wife.

No worries. Canā€™t be PM4K, though, we donā€™t do anything playback related. Thatā€™s all kodi.

Thatā€™s good to know especially as Iā€™m having a hard time recreating the issue. I had seen it twice tho ( on the beta before this pre release and on the prerelease) so I thought I should report it.

All good on my end :+1: How do I get IMDB ratings for TV shows though? Iā€™m currently getting TMDB and I donā€™t see an option for it in my Plex serverā€™s settings.

I have installed 0.7.5 release first time after a long time, as 0.7.4 was very stable.
I noticed one issue while navigation to TV Section>Season only where there are multiple version files of episodes.
I am unable to move any keys in the page to select/focus , its like i have to use only mouse.

Even escape key is not working, so i have to use mouse, the UI is not freezed just keys are not working, only on the screen of episodes where there are multiple version files.

Also while exiting the addon, its stuck on this screen mostly 3 out of 5 times

No, I checked it right now with 0.7.5-beta15, and it is working fine with that version

Edit: Updated to prerelease3; pressing BACK while a section is highlighted now goes to Home instead of offering to exit the addon. Enabled UI ā€œfastbackā€ AddonSetting by default.

Nope this is the same, this is not working with multiple file version on episode screen. i still have no button control though keys, only mouse works.

Interesting. This happens immediately once you visit an item with multiple versions? Or after coming back from playback.
