PMS 1.18.7.2438 HW decode still blurring on Celeron J4105, Asustor

Hi

I just tried new version of PMS 1.18.7.2438,
Unfortunately HW decoding is still blurring / pixelate on my
NAS Asustor AS-5304T, (Celeron J4105, VGA intel UHD 600 ) when I play movie on my TV UHD Samsung
I described my issues in old thread with older v. of PMS
