PMS becomes unreachable/offline

My server is scheduled to run maintenance around 5 am my time (1 pm server time). But for the last hour or so, it’s been offline, even though it’s not. When it does come online, if I watch the console, it spams it’s waiting on the DB for one whole second, it’ll then run some more stuff, then the yellow spam again… rinse and repeat… until it appears offline again…

What’s causing it to have it’s issues?

ERROR - Soci Exception handled: sqlite3_statement_backend::loadOne: database is locked something is locking the database.

Any idea how I can find out what?

It’s been doing this for nearly 3 hours now. I have no way to determine what the issue is. No one is connected or streaming. It’s not scanning any libraries or updating any metadata…
