i use a synology DS916+, latest DSM 6.1.5-15254,
and plex version 1.11.3.4803
my plex is crashing…meaning that it stop working…!
so if i try to stop it and relaunch… it doesn’t work.; it seems the only way is to restart my synology server
i attach the log… maybe it is because of this error it stops functionning.

Your DiskStation cannot reach the internet. PMS eventually fails because of this. I cannot download the required files.

Error 6 is “DNS Lookup Failure”. The means it cannot find plex.tv by name
In Control Panel - Network examine the network settings for your ethernet adapter.
It will either be “Automatic” (DHCP) or manual.
If manual, it should point to your router / modem. It will look something like this:

i did what you suggested… installed filebot, rename all the file…but plex is still crashing…
and when i stop the service and re start it… it doesn t work… i really need to reboot my synology server for it to work.
