PMS Doesn't play media anymore

In the past several weeks I have faced an increasing number of problems until, last night, I could not play any media from Plex on my Nvidia Shield (Plex Media Server lives here), Roku, or Web Player.

The Nvidia Shield is wired using PoE and is showing that it is connected to the server via an Ethernet cable running at 1,000 Mbps. While the Shield hosts PMS, all my content is stored on a Synology DS-218 NAS. All other elements of my LAN are wired using cat 5 cables.

This mess started off with the “server not fast error” and proceeded to other errors such as not being able to find the movie I was trying to watch.

I have attached a screenshot of one of the errors and my log files. I am not really technical so please try to make this so a six-year-old would understand the discussion.
