[PMS] Dynamically Retaining/Retiring Content

I would like to apply policies to my media that dynamically retires content out of the library (deletes it).

Default Policy
The PMS admin should be able to configure the default content policy for new content on a per-library basis (Movies vs. TV Shows).

Policies
Media should be able to be set to be automatically deleted (retired) out of the library based on:

  • Time since added to libary
  • Time since last watched by either all users or a specific user
  • [TV Shows] The number of new episodes/seasons added
  • Upon request (via media player or webui) of a user to keep content for longer (admin can put maximum number of requests per user or per content)
  • Keep indefinitely

Notification
Users should be able to tell if content will soon be retired based on:

  • Information on Pre-Play Screen
  • Badging overtop Media Cover
  • Other future notification services, as implemented.
