It is happening about once a day now. Its been working for a month or two without hiccup. And now I have to restart the service once a day or it doesnt show up as a server. I’m on 1.8.3.4235. Anyone else having that issue?
I have been having strange loss of connection with my win10 PMS yesterday.
Same version but tried going back one with same issue.
Today seems OK!!
Mine is Win10 as well. I restarted the service this morning. I guess we’ll see if something changed.
Happening all the time now. Play a movie, go to next, fails to stream. Reboot server. Repeat. Last two server versions. Keep waiting for it to fixed.
I really wish there was actual plex support. Have had 2 updates since and still have the issue.

Please ensure debug logging is enabled - on the server
Restart the server to get fresh logs created
When the issue arises note down the time and what it is that has gone wrong
Check that Plex Media Server.exe process is still running
Capture the logs - if it crashed then restart and download logs
and attach here with screenshot of the issue and when and what the issue was and what it impacted
