Plex Media Server crashes and I need to restart it every couple of days

I just reinstalled Windows a few weeks ago because of hw transcoding issues and ever since then, every couple of days Plex will stop working and appear like it’s offline for both remote and local users. I quit Plex and start it again and it works fine.

One symptom is when I right-click on the taskbar icon, it doesn’t show the words on the choices. But other times, it appears fine but just doesn’t work, either by going to app.plex.tv/desktop or http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/

In the logs, at 8:49 today (October 19th 2021) is when I had to start it back up. I was listening to music on Plexamp on iOS and tried to scan library files, but nothing happened. Then I tried to load it remotely and it never loaded the libraries.

I myself have been having issues with PMS looking like it’s running but needs to be quit & restarted randomly throughout the day. I thought the new update to macOS 11.6.1 the other day would resolve it. I started having this issue with the prior macOS & thought it was Apple! I am getting very frustrated because I’ve never had this issue over years of use. I can’t be the only person experiencing this. I don’t think it’s just a Windows issue…
