PMS is available at internal IP, plex.tv, and external IP but not at Custom Domain

I setup plex to work through a reverse proxy, so I can access plex at www.testdomain.com/web, and I set the custom domain in Settings > Network > Custom server access URLs to the matching domain. When I attempt to connect to that domain (https://testdomain.com/web) I get

using either of the “allow insecure connection” doesn’t fix the issue. the reverse proxy works for all other docker containers on the server without any issues. I will include server logs and logs of the web client connecting through https://testdomain.com/web

Of course after posting to the forum, and 2 days of hair pulling I may of resolved the issue. If it ends up reappearing i’ll reply, updating the post.

I’m sorry I only now saw this:

  1. Your logs were only of the client, not the server (what was needed).
  2. Plex, in Docker, on Linux is aways fraught with problems such as yours. There is no net gain because a linux tar file is more portable then a docker container.
