PMS No Longer transcoding Some Items

Hi, all, I recently noticed that my Plex server will no longer transcode any videos. This seems to have just randomly started within the past 2 weeks. I didn’t really notice it because in my Office I use PMP and direct stream and my main TV runs an Nvidia shield which needs 0 transcoding as well. I noticed the issue on my bedroom TV where I use a Chromecast and noticed that some media wouldn’t play. I didn’t think anything of it and just watched something else but then I heard from one of my remote watchers that they are having the same issue. It looks like certain items are transcoding but it seems there is no rhyme or reason to it. I am trying to transcode an episode of Avatar that is 1.2GB and that does not work at all but I can play the movie Child 44 (38GB) without issues.

I have uploaded my logs to the post and any help here would be absolutely fantastic.

Looks like a permission problem?

Odd, that there are two differnt Transcode folders mentioned, though.

Please share your container start command and the output of ‘ls -ln’ for your mapped volumes.
