Until maybe 2 months ago everything was perfect. Then as if overnight I started seeing issues with local and remote playback. It would just stop, usually within minutes.
I put this down to internet issues (lazy on my part) but I have been actively looking into this issue now and I have found that even using the webapp locally i get the error, “Unable to connect to “PMS” securely.” and then can not reconnect unless I go onto my Shield Pro and press retry on the plex app there.
I have fully deleted the plex app and server app from the Shield, re-installed both and re-created the database. This was good for about an hour, after which the issue resurfaced. Nothing has changed network side of things in the past year for this issue to be network related.
Any help would be appreciated. (I have read a few posts about certificates needing a fix?)
