PMS running in Task Manager but not the system tray

Suddenly today Plex Media Server will not run on my Windows 10 laptop. It shows running in Task Manager but does not show up in the system tray and cannot be accessed from any player.

This has happened before but I forgot how I resolved it that time. Any help is appreciated.
